Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and ensure compliance with attendance and performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain detailed information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
