Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications accurately
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources while promoting purebred dog purchases
- Respond to emails and maintain professional communication with team members and management through chat channels
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams, with the ability to multitask across various applications
- Strong independent critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
- Pleasant and articulate telephone manner with a professional attitude
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
