Job Summary
Handling a high volume of inbound communications, the fully remote Contact Center Representative will assist customers with dog and litter registrations, utilizing multiple software tools to ensure satisfaction and resolution of inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while documenting customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies, while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to attendance policies
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
