Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Utilize multiple software applications to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent telephone demeanor and articulate communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
