Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and document interactions accurately using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting available resources
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
