Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media inquiries regarding dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries across various communication channels and document interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve issues and maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve customer issues independently
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required for effective communication with diverse customers
