Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce (CRM)
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience with multi-tasking across various web-based programs and applications
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
