Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
