Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer interactions through various channels, documenting interactions using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
• Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
• Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
