Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions through various channels, documenting interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
