Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and promoting AKC resources.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications accurately
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while resolving issues effectively
- Utilize multiple software programs to assist customers and maintain professional communication throughout the day
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer inquiries
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
