Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through various channels, documenting interactions accurately
- Educate customers on registration processes and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Utilize multiple software applications to resolve issues and maintain communication with the team professionally
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Ability to multitask across various web-based applications and browser tabs
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
