Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on AKC registrations, transfers, and policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and solving customer inquiries
- Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
