Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the part-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across various web-based applications and interpret data effectively
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
