Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
• Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain professional communication

Required qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to multitask across various web-based programs and applications
• Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer inquiries
• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
