Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC resources and policies
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
