Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
• Utilize multiple software applications to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
• Ability to multitask across various web-based programs and applications
• Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and research
• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
