Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the fully remote Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools to resolve customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software applications to efficiently respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience using multiple computer applications and web-based tools simultaneously
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
