Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while promoting AKC resources.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations and AKC policies while promoting resources for purchasing purebred dogs
  • Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain professional communication with the team
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks effectively
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer inquiries
  • Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
