Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while promoting AKC resources.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations and AKC policies while promoting resources for purchasing purebred dogs
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain professional communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks effectively
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer inquiries
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
