Job Summary
Seeking dedicated customer service professionals, the full-time and part-time Remote First Shift Contact Center Representatives will connect with CBN partners through prayer, share information about the organization, and encourage financial support, all while working from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with callers by providing prayer support and information about CBN and its ministries
- Perform contact center processes effectively while maintaining a distraction-free home office environment
- Adapt to a structured, fast-paced environment and consistently meet performance metrics
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based systems and web applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
