Job Summary

A premier call center outsourcing provider is filling a position for a Remote Contact Center Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries, or troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Assiting customers in adding or removing products and services
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
