Job Summary
A premier call center outsourcing provider is filling a position for a Remote Contact Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries, or troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Assiting customers in adding or removing products and services
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
