Job Summary
A financial services institution is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative in Omaha.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process customer requests and transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
- Provide information on bank products as requested by the customer
- Recommend alternative banking products and/or make referrals to other departments
