A financial services institution is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative in Omaha.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests and transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
  • Provide information on bank products as requested by the customer
  • Recommend alternative banking products and/or make referrals to other departments
