Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Resource Planning Analyst in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce and monitor operational reporting for informational needs
  • Track and analyze call arrival patterns
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on observed and quantified trends

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years experience in workforce management specifically forecasting and scheduling
  • Proficiency in using contact center call distribution and scheduling applications
  • SQL experience
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Excel, and have a solid background in all MS Office products
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in statistical analysis
  • Phone and contact center systems knowledge
