Job Summary
An outsourced customer management solutions company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Sales Training Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with clients in curriculum design and modification as well as develop associated supporting materials
- Delivering new hire and ongoing training with emphasis on customer service and sales skills
- Preparing lesson plans and course agenda for each training class
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to speak in front of medium to large sized groups of people
- A minimum 3-5 years instructing in an adult learning environment preferably in a call center, customer service or related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Undergraduate degree in Human Capital Development, Instructional Design, English or a related discipline or equivalent
