A financial institution is in need of a Remote Contact Center Scheduler I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring call out line
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting as requested
  • Managing and monitoring all inbound Contact Center queues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proficiency with personal computers
  • Experience using tact and diplomacy in daily activities
  • Proven time management skills
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework with emphasis on Mathematics, Statistics, or Database
