A financial institution is in need of a Remote Contact Center Scheduler I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring call out line
- Providing ad-hoc reporting as requested
- Managing and monitoring all inbound Contact Center queues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency with personal computers
- Experience using tact and diplomacy in daily activities
- Proven time management skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework with emphasis on Mathematics, Statistics, or Database
