Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Senior Product Owner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contributing to business case development and cost benefit analysis within their product scope
- Designing and adjusting product and adoption KPIs
- Ensuring IT delivery roadmap is aligned to the Strategic 1-2 year product roadmap
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in progressive delivery of complex technical projects
- Proven understanding of product management lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Strong IT technical acumen
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in developing and understanding digital technology roadmaps
