Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Senior Product Owner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Contributing to business case development and cost benefit analysis within their product scope
  • Designing and adjusting product and adoption KPIs
  • Ensuring IT delivery roadmap is aligned to the Strategic 1-2 year product roadmap

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in progressive delivery of complex technical projects
  • Proven understanding of product management lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Strong IT technical acumen
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in developing and understanding digital technology roadmaps
