Job Summary
A customer engagement services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Solutions Principal Sales Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Develop leads and build partner relationships in support of business development efforts
- Leverage Cisco Contact Center design and adjacent solutions architecture expertise
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- 6+ years presales experience designing complex contact center application and infrastructure solutions
- 3 to 5 years design and solution architecture experience working with Cisco UCCE
- 3+ years of experience configuring BoMs, RFP/RFI, competitive pricing, and solution sizing
- Experience participating in lead qualification, data gathering and client discovery
