Key Responsibilities
- Schedule a high volume of new and established patient appointments in alignment with physician templates and guidelines
- Provide professional, courteous service to patients, physicians, and team members
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed due to provider schedule changes and document updates in the EHR system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
