Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule a high volume of new and established patient appointments in alignment with physician templates and guidelines
  • Provide professional, courteous service to patients, physicians, and team members
  • Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed due to provider schedule changes and document updates in the EHR system
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
