Job Summary
A marketing and advertising company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering customer inquiries regarding wide variety of issues and services
- Calmly diagnosing and resolving basic computer and smartphone issues
- Debriefing Customer Service Team Lead on numbers and types of questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years' experience working in a remote contact call center environment
- Technical aptitude to assist members with computer and smartphone issues
- Proven track record to quickly retain and deploy received training
- Strong email, phone, and computer capabilities to process around 100 phone calls a day
- An upbeat and exciting attitude in the face of adversity
