Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products or services that clients offer through
- Making outbound and inbound calls
- Demonstrating Product Knowledge
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Working Knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome
- Can Demonstrate Product Knowledge Once Nesting Period is Complete
