A marketing company that operates a contact and call center specializing in qualifying and converting sales leads has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Specialist in Cary.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Working Knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome
- Ability to Adapt in a Fast Changing Environment
- Can Demonstrate Product Knowledge Once Nesting Period is Complete
