A computer software company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting and assisting in driving projected service levels
- Establishing and implementing short and long term goals
- Maintaining consistent service level with each client interaction

- 2 years of sales and/or hospitality industry experience
