Job Summary

A business sales and support company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures
  • Recognize and recommend operational improvements to increase agent performance
  • Accomplish team results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Required Skills:

  • Able to coach and motivate in accordance with the company's Performance Culture
  • Have remote experience for a contact center with strong MS Office skills
  • Have Bronze level LEAD and Performance Culture Certifications and Associates degree preferred
