Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and distributing reports for management review
- Providing assistance to the team by answering daily questions
- Auditing and monitoring employee functions to ensure the quality and timeliness of processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a call center or contact center environment is required
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
