Job Summary

An IT services company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Technology Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and execution of Call Center technology project lifecycle implementations
  • Facilitating the definition and documentation of project requirements,
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, action logs, risk, and issue logs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years Project Manager experience in Contact Center Services area
  • Understanding of general technical architecture frameworks
  • Experience partnering and working with third party vendors
  • Experience with standard project management best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, and Visio)
