An IT services company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Technology Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and execution of Call Center technology project lifecycle implementations
- Facilitating the definition and documentation of project requirements,
- Developing and maintaining project plans, action logs, risk, and issue logs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years Project Manager experience in Contact Center Services area
- Understanding of general technical architecture frameworks
- Experience partnering and working with third party vendors
- Experience with standard project management best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, and Visio)
