Job Summary
A customer experience technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Technology Senior Technical Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Prioritizing work related to service requests for technical resources
- Owning completion of Change Management cycles and providing adequate visibility
- Reviewing daily/weekly/monthly platform statistics related to stability and capacity
Qualifications Include:
- 3 to 5 years Technical Operations Management experience
- Client management experience
- Remote support experience
- Strong consulting skills
- Experience with direct management or delivery of Contact Center technology
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and manage technical support teams
