Job Summary

A customer experience technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Technology Senior Technical Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Prioritizing work related to service requests for technical resources
  • Owning completion of Change Management cycles and providing adequate visibility
  • Reviewing daily/weekly/monthly platform statistics related to stability and capacity

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 to 5 years Technical Operations Management experience
  • Client management experience
  • Remote support experience
  • Strong consulting skills
  • Experience with direct management or delivery of Contact Center technology
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor others and manage technical support teams
