Job Summary

A provider of customer engagement services has an open position for a Remote Contact Tracer.

Must be able to:

• Call contact of newly diagnosed patients
• Call collect and record information on symptoms
• Provide contacts with approved information

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Fluency in second or multiple languages a plus
• Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
