Job Summary
An IT and service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Tracer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicate with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
- Call contacts of newly-diagnosed patients
- Collect and record information on symptoms into the CRM
