Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Tracer Case Investigator in Tucson.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support and execute the contact tracing process
• Interview diagnosed individuals to identify close contacts
• Notify potentially exposed individuals

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years customer service experience
• 1+ years phone related customer service
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must have access to good/reliable internet connection
• Must have private, distraction-free area for handling calls
