Job Summary

A provider of customer engagement services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Tracing Case Investigator.

Must be able to:

• Act as primary point person
• Triage and coordinate next steps
• Collect and record information

Position Requirements Include:

• Public health, epidemiology, communicable disease control experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
