Job Summary
An educational institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contact Tracing Case Investigator in Rio Grande Valley.
Must be able to:
- Act as primary point person to call people with a positive diagnostic test for COVID-19
- Triage and coordinate next steps for support for cases
- Collect and record information about each case’s contacts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some travel and weekend work is required
- 2 years related experience or Associate’s in a health care or a combination of education/experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Must meet minimum requirements for Personal Computer hardware and software
- Ability to work through conflict
