Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Container Tool Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Understanding, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Guiding customer-facing support cases, exceeding customer expectations, and providing outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining technical knowledge of all aspects of technology and market

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or technology-related discipline, or equivalent experience within the enterprise IT
  • Experience with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and other container tools
  • Software engineering experience with programming languages, like Java, Python, Ruby, C++
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn new languages and technologies
  • Experience writing patches and pull requests
