Job Summary
A computer hardware and services company is in need of a Remote Content and Knowledge Management Business Operations Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with online knowledge management team to assess content effectiveness
- Deliver online support content and portal readiness for New Product launches
- Assess site quality and drive customer experience improvement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Content management experience within an ecommerce context
- 5 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree
- Or 3 years with a Master's or equivalent experience
- Ability to identify potential process weaknesses
