A writing and editing marketplace provider has an open position for a Remote Content Creation Platform Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Doing live chat support with customers and talent
- Managing and onboarding customers assigned to you
- Deploying new customer service and support protocol
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 to 5 years of content marketing experience
- Previous Customer Success experience
- At least one year of remote employment
- SaaS or PaaS work experience
