- Regularly reviewing metrics and expectations with team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to conduct in person interviews and make hiring decisions
- Required 1+ years of experience managing SDRs\BDRs
- 1+ Years of successful experience as a Sales/Business Development Representative
- Experience closing business
- Experience and expertise using Salesforce
- Bachelor's Degree Required
