Job Summary

A provider of data and data-driven marketing solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Content Feedback Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and validating database changes regarding company information as per customer request
  • Verifying change requests and enter changes into the database as appropriate
  • Keeping record of original requests and replies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize daily tasks
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Knowledge of data entry practices and procedures
  • Skilled in operating a personal computer and related software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to professionally communicate with co-workers, management, and customers in a courteous manner
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience
