Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Content Marketing Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying new topics for writers to work on and always have an answer for “What should I write about?”
- Developing relationships with influencers, analysts, partners, and thought leaders to develop content
- Helping develop messaging and editorial guidelines to drive consistency among contributors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience successfully managing freelancers and an editorial calendar
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what our audiences read
- Experience with tools like SEMRush, BuzzSumo, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics
- An understanding of SEO, inbound and content marketing strategies
- Ability to share a few writing samples
