Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Content Production Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own and manage the content production process for the Learning and Enablement team
- Program manage the Learning and Enablement technical training portfolio
- Maintain a release schedule and act as a liaison with the Product team
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in technical program management
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the design and development of learning programs
- Proven ability to create and refine team processes and documentation practices
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design
- Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, and other course development models
- Proven ability to define, track, and communicate learning effectiveness metrics
