Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Content Strategist Learning Experience Designer III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the learner experience standards for multi-source content streams on the Learning Experience Platform
- Managing a community of content curators the ensure the LXP delivers timely, relevant, and usable learning experiences
- Building strategies to meet and exceed platform engagement KPIs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Learning and Development or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience designing, developing, and curating learning and performance initiatives
- Adept understanding of learning delivery systems
- Proven experience researching and analyzing user behaviors to gain understanding in existing systems
