Job Summary
A social media company has an open position for a Remote Content Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Periodically auditing for updates to previously translated articles and facilitate the translation of the changes
- Working cross-functionally and use analytics to identify which articles should be prioritized for future translations
- Maintaining translated content in the Help Center primarily by coordinating with the in-house localization team
Position Requirements Include:
- Have experience with basic technical troubleshooting
- You thrive by working independently, taking initiative, and demonstrating excellent follow through
- Understand how to use analytics to make informed decisions
- Extremely organized and have the ability to stay focused, work quickly, and independently
- Strong attention to detail in document organization, composition, clarity, and grammar
