Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Contingent Workforce Operations Lead in Tempe.

Must be able to:

  • Advise internal stakeholders on labor strategy, policies, etc, related to contingent labor
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to fulfill their contingent worker hiring objectives
  • Be responsible for all program compliance management

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience which includes at least one MSP
  • Deep understanding of global CW employment complexity
  • ability to design programs that are compliant with local legislation
  • Knowledge of CW classification rules and legal environment surrounding contingent workers
  • Experience managing relationship with Managed Service Providers
